KCC FC Knocked Out Of CAF Champions League

KCC FC lost to Zambia’s Nkana red devils 1-2in the second leg of the first round match played at Namboole on Saturday to exist the CAF Champions league 3-4 on aggregate.

Brian Majwega scored the home side’s only goal while Claude Bwalya and Christopher Munthali netted for Nkana.

 

Micheal Birungi and Tony Odur missed two golden opportunities for KCC FC in the first half.After the break, Nkana kept pressing and got the two goals edging out the Ugandans.

KCC FC bowed out 4-3 on aggregate after a 2-2 draw in the first leg. This was Nkana’s fourth victory on Ugandan soil.  Nkana will now meet Zamalek of Egypt.
