Winger Brian Majwega after his failure to impress at CECAFA – Kagame club championship champions Azam FC of Tanzania, the Tanzania giants agreed to loan him to former club KCCA FC.
However just a month after his confirmed return to KCCA he has gone missing.
“Majwega came back for a loan deal and he started training with us but days after he is nowhere to be seen. But we received a letter from his manager indicating that he wasn’t happy with loan deal to KCC,” revealed the KCCA FC assistant team manager Sam Ssimbwa during the team’s training in Namboole.
Efforts to contact the player were futile as his known phone numbers were off. But this is not the first time Majwega doing this, days after signing with Azam last year he went missing until traced by Coach George Nsimbe who made him travel with Azam back to Tanzania.
Meanwhile KCCA FC is likely to release forward player Paul Muculezi who is studying from Uganda Christian University after the player’s failure to devote much more time to club’s training. And the managers are not happy with his decision.
“Muculezi is still studying and we can’t hand a game to a player who is not training. So he loves his studies we are leaving him to first finish his studies,” note Ssimbwa.
