Ghetto President, Bobi Wine spent the weekend in Kasese district delivering thousands of essential needs to people that were affected by floods.
Bobi Wine and Alarm Group managed to deliver 3000 kgs of Sugar, beans and Posho, gum boats and clothes to the people of Kirembe in Kasese.
“Bringing a smile to over 10,000 Pple in just one day is more than enough to bring a life time satisfaction to my heart,” he said
Beneficiaries included Kirembe hospital,Road barrier primary school,Bulembia P/s,Kirembe society for the disabled and all Kirembe town council residents.
These donations were raised by Bobi Wine in partnership with the Alarm Group.
Weeks ago Bobi Wine held a free massive concert dubbed “Akalimu, Clean and Out” in which Jamaican artist Mr. G graced the concert. Entrance was entirely free of charge and fans were encouraged to carry along something to donate to the Bududa landslide victims. Thousands of items were collected and they’re yet to be delivered to the victims in those affected areas.
